Your cursors can be semitransparent and have more advanced shadows and alpha blending. Version 1.31 works under non-admin accounts on Windows 2000 and XP, has high dpi support and better, faster shadows. The application also supports hyperthreaded machines and works on 64-bit versions of Windows XP.
